1. Our role

HealYourTrip is a medical travel facilitator operated by PAS HEALTHTECH PRIVATE LIMITED. We connect international patients with accredited hospitals and doctors in India. We are not a hospital, do not provide medical treatment, and do not practise medicine.

2. No medical advice

Information on this website is for general educational purposes only and is not a substitute for diagnosis, treatment, or advice from a licensed physician. Any treatment plan, cost estimate, or opinion shared with you is provided directly by the partner hospital or doctor.

3. Patient responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate medical and personal information, follow the treating hospital's instructions, and arrange your own travel insurance. All financial transactions for treatment are between you and the hospital.

4. Costs and estimates

Cost estimates are indicative and based on the information you provide. Final treatment cost depends on the hospital's clinical assessment on arrival and may vary based on diagnosis, complications, and length of stay.

5. Limitation of liability

HealYourTrip is not liable for clinical outcomes, hospital decisions, visa decisions, or third-party travel disruptions. Our liability for any claim arising from coordination services is limited to the fees paid to HealYourTrip, if any.

6. Intellectual property

All site content, branding, and material is owned by PAS HEALTHTECH PRIVATE LIMITED and may not be copied or republished without written permission.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
